Firstly drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your map and we'll see if we can fix your problem. If we can't fix your problem or provide a map or data that meets your expections then we will be happy to offer a full refund.
Note that you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your map in order for this policy to apply. Issues raised subsequently will be dealt with at our discretion.
